Opening day was a huge success for the Farm and Market in Clarenville and it's vendors! A great crowd passed through our doors and there were smiles a plenty!
Our rhubarb has certainly come a long way in a short time, and it serves as a great reminder that we are just 2 WEEKS from our first market of 2019! June 22nd is getting very close and we have a ton of exciting vendors ready to serve and also a very special event with Ross Traverse and our Farmers Day activities! We can't wait to see you!
The Farm and Market in Clarenville is getting ready for the season, things are growing around here!!
The links to the database are now in working order for the new season, 2019. If you are a vendor be sure to log in and have your dates booked. You will have received an email as well letting you know of the working link. If you are a new vendor please apply, there is always room available!
Please note that the link will have St. John's Farmers market at the beginning of the URL, this is because we are piggy backing off their system. Great group of people doing great things and helping promote other markets such as ours.
Take a look at the progress being made at the Farm & Market! The building is starting to take shape, the washroom is coming along nicely, the seeds have been set in the greenhouse, and the cement is being poured today! Stay tuned for more updates on our progress.
We are thrilled to announce that we will be holding an information session on February 28, 1:00 PM, at the Clarenville Inn for our existing vendors, first time vendors who are interested in joining the Farm and Market community, and volunteers.
We will be discussing our big plans for the upcoming market season.

One more sleep until our grand finale for the year takes place; the Handmade Christmas Market will be held tomorrow between 10 AM - 3 PM at the Clarenville Inn! There will be an abundance of holiday goodies and crafts available tomorrow, along with different themed rooms you can explore!
Due to technical difficulties, we have made a few adjustments to our events for the day. In lieu of the 50/50 draw and Santa gifts, we will be holding an online gift draw that will continue into December. Santa has assured us that he will be making a special appearance! The online draw will feature a selection of fantastic items that our vendors have carefully crafted, so even if you cannot make it to the market tomorrow, you will have a chance to win some top-of-the-line gifts. More info on that to come!
The 'Ugly Sweater Contest' is going to be a blast - the winner will take home a vegetable hamper which has been kindly donated by Clearview Farm! We have a unique door prize from the talented Wild Iris. Also, don't forget that we will be accepting non-perishable food donations for the The Salvation Army Clarenville Corps.
Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day, we hope that you can join us to help celebrate the holiday spirit at our Handmade Christmas Market!
